Zach Pousman is the Principal at his new product design & innovation company, Helpfully, LLC. Zach has strong foundations in human-computer interaction and user experience design and he helps organization make new & awesome things: new apps, new SAAS products, new services and new businesses. Zach has helped startups and Fortune 100 companies navigate the fuzzy and ill-defined phases as digital products take shape. He’s led insight gathering, innovation workshops, digital product design sprints, in addition to helping modernize sophisticated digital ecosystems by applying UX and CX thinking.
Zach has a philosophy degree from the University of Chicago, and holds a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech, where he was a member of the Information Interfaces group. He’s presented worldwide at marketing and academic conferences including IEEE Information Visualization, ACM Ubicomp, ACM Computer Human Interaction (CHI), UX Australia and O'Reilly SOLID. He really likes whiteboards.
